Somatic Shamanism

Service Description

Somatic Shamanism integrates ancient shamanism with psychotherapeutic modalities such as somatic experiencing (relating to the body), polyvagal theory and internal family systems. I guide you into a sacred space to facilitate an opportunity for your own healing and self- discovery at the emotional, mental and spiritual level. You experience your own engagement in the process which supports the person-centred approach, you being the expert on you.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged a minimum of £30, unless 36 hours notice is given prior to the appointment time. I do hope you understand, thank you.
