3 years currently working as a Recovery Worker for Reach. Weymouth’s Drug & Alcohol Recovery service. 
My role is to support clients to make positive changes to overcome & break cycle of addiction. 
 
NADA GB is Simple & effective treatment to provide natural pain relief, stress relief & detox for the body. Utilising 5 powerful points on the ear to aid health and improve quality of life.

Reach have been offering weekly NADA ear acupuncture to clients since Sept 2023. During this period, we have seen first hand, positive outcomes to clients. With only one session, clients report improvement to pain relief, relaxation & better sleep the same night. Clients whom regularly attend a few weeks & longer, report improvements to over all health, including calmer mental heath, better stress management & overall better quality to sleep. 

Clients report the treatment has help to reduce cravings & urges to use to help break cycle. Regular clients state weekly treatment has helped them to feel overall more positive. Helping to make lasting positives changes to their lifestyle to aid their recovery. 

I am offering a  ‘Feel-good Friday’ group. 

Great way to manage the ‘Friday feeling’ cravings. 

The ‘feel-good’ treatment will release endorphins, a natural ‘high’ for 40mins. To help improve your wellbeing naturally going into the weekend.
