Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel your booking with a full refund (minus the booking fee) up to 48 hours before your start time. Cancellations received within 36 hours are will incur a minimum charge of £30 It is possible to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. Simply contact the clinic via email : louise@acuherbs.co.uk or ring 07989 950462. ​ You can reschedule your booking once only. We do not refund or reschedule ‘no-shows’
